I was half expecting the lighter fluid/fire method for setting that bead. Doing this kind of stuff at home is for sure a massive pain… have a dirt bike 80 Honda and the rear tire was worse than this one… ended up throwing in the towel and taking it to a tire shop… even with all their tools it took them over 35 min to break the bead and take the tire off.
