Do indigenous people have special permission to bury their loved ones on country even if it’s on private property?

My wife and I bought my grandparents church and land and we are restoring it into our retirement home and homestead. WE have a cemetery on our property where my grandparents and many others are buried!

I have a church and am in the process of getting a land donated to us. If I get the land, can I use it as a graveyard for our church?

Hi Tit, I’m not sure! That question is well outside the scope of my research for this video. I would suggest you would need to contact your local government to find out what laws and bylaws apply to the zoning and usage of land in your area. All the best with it, I hope it works out for your church and community!

It is to maintain, the things of the departed, for the memory lives. They do exists. As what the book of life says, I am the way, the truth and the life, no man cometh unto the father but by me, eternal life. Preserved. The way he preserves and creates life, both as well in the flesh and the spirit. For we are the clay, as He is the potter. Where the word of a King is, there is power. KJV ,1611.
