This is probably because of the phone number you have associated with your account. If the number is from a region that blocks this feature you will not have the ability to see the option.
Unfortunately, when trying to use the bot on Apple devices, you may receive a message saying that the bot is unavailable or that the message cannot be displayed. This is due to the restrictions that Apple currently imposes on some technical capabilities of the Telegram platform for external bot developers, which are also used by our service. We are very concerned about the situation, since the authors, content creators and independent bot developers, including us, will be seriously affected in the first place. Now @donate is available and works without restrictions on all alternative operating systems (Android, Windows, etc.).

You have an Apple phone. Apple can control what Telegram channels displayed on its devices. The solution is to not use Apple and IOS.
