From watching all these baby vids of him in a row, i caught onto a weird pattern...... Details aside 😃 i think a lot of his screaming & behavior back then (as a baby) was related to puberty type issues
I know he is very cute isn't he, but these animals do not make good pets and especially need their mom when they're young, I see these people are taking quite good care of Bingo, he has good human parents!!! Especially since they're open to advice on how to take care of Him!!!

Bingo so cute... I never knew otters could be pets ... are they ok alone? when i have seen them at zoo they seemed social and really playful with their kind, maybe Bingo needs a brother or sister?
I don't mean to question your caretaking, but is he feeling ok? Prehaps taking him to a vet would be a good idea, otters almost always squeak when being petted, even when they're tired they'll squeak a little bit. Again, not questioning your caretaking ability :)
