Harpy eagle wins 10/10. Golden eagle is no match even for white tailed eagle. Often foods snatch by white tailed eagle. Harpy is too big and powerful with the strongest talons.
This fight is closer than you think. Golden eagles are some of the most agile eagle species and the fastest eagle, periodt. Also, they fight by locking talons and giving that they have a stronger grip strength, harpy damage doesn't affect that much. Lastly, harpy eagles are ambush hunters who will wait for prey for days, while sitting still on one perch, while golden eagles are almost always on the move. Also, to the third comment, golden eagles dominate white tailed eagles most of the time and dominate coyotes at carcasses in kills. This fight is closer than you think.
It's a hard one to call, with birds of prey a fight is usually determined by weight but golden eagles have longer talons, kill much larger prey, fight much more often in the wild and in my experience the killing instinct is much stronger in golden eagles
