He says he is doing everything on this new album. Instuments,singing production, mixing and mastering.
This is his internal reality with 15 yrars of chronic illness. Reconstructing himself with every relapse and loss.
Maybe because he spent so many years trapped in illness, he feels that time pressure. He could literally die at any turn. Hus recent relapse put him in bed for 2 months.
