Hi thanks for sharing your video,im also looking at a bailey Vigo as it has a transverse bed and large fridge/freezer , may i ask where to look for ingress damp ect,also what tow car do you use, many thanks in advance. kind regards David
We used a Ssangyong Tivoli 1600 Diesel, I bought a cheap damp meter and checked everywhere, I watched a video and the man said it wasn't damp as such but wet underneath the front as water is meant to pass down those two false panels at the front, but I never got any high readings, I think they said your looking for readings of 13 or 15 it's needs investigating but if there's any over 30 they need to be dealt with, I'm not 100% on that though. Hope this helps
Also we like this van as the bed is slightly shorter than the Elddis Osprey we had before and when it's fully extended it's easier to get passed in the night when you visit the bathroom. We love the alde central heating It is amazing the caravan is so warm, yeah the tall fridge is great.
