Midnight Suns is criminally underrated for Story junkies like me. The dialogue and interactions were S tier. They even updated new game+ post reelease to he far better. Huge W and labor of love.
They needed to make one where Galactus is the main villain! They left that big cliff hanger at the end of the first one just for them to make a sequel and not even acknowledge that in the slightest!
Agreed, Guardians of the Galaxy is a great game. Although with Midnight Suns, they definitely deserve some of the hate. I played that thing through to its conclusion and have had multiple crashes and bugs that ruined my experience.

Marvel Ultimate Alliance 1 was great! It was my introduction to Marvel! So many non-mainstream characters at the time and a huge story line with Doom made it amazing

Guardians was great and like you said midnight suns was better. More than a card game and really alot of character interactions as a fan of the comics that was highly enjoyable I'm playing thru it s second time. It's to bad we likely won't see an X-Men version of that

Most arcade Marvel games are basically just X-Men titles, and games like X-Men Legends 1+2 are still playable to this day. I’m hyped for Wolverine, but hope they incorporate any slew of Marvel content, not just X-Men. I would love a full-on Hulk vs Wolverine battle that isn’t side content, with cinematics galore. And seeing Wolverine have to deal with a villain like Dr. Doom as opposed to Magneto or Sabretooth would be more interesting to me. Again, this is all in fact opinionated.

Yes I thought it was pretty good. Story was a bit lack luster but not awful and the gameplay was very fun if you’re into card games. Gives you lots of room to be creative and strategize. Also was sweet getting to have heart to heart conversations with all the super people especially Eddy and Robbie
Midnight Suns is SO good. The reason why I didn't touch that game before was because of all the critics about "it's just a card game" when it's way deeper than that : Social interactions, chill exploration, lore and Xcom levels of tactics! To try it is to love it!

Marvel heroes omega is the game I enjoyed mainly because of how many villains and characters they had, also you could do co op with friends and roam the city and just have fun. They definitely could have added more characters and modes if it didn’t shut down.

@@ProToken420 I don't think it's x com at all. But it is a card game with animated actions. You get 3 plays per turn and 1 move. You randomly get a hand of 7 cards from your team of 3 heroes. All cards have special abilities that may give you an extra card play or bonus offense/defense or just an added perk that fits that hero. And then there's strategy on which heroes benefits each other and the timing of finishing the mission quicker. Definitely a fun game that if put down because of card mechanics is a sad miss.
I want them to make a Hulk game that plays like Ultimate Destruction, they already did pretty much the same thing with Spider-Man. Ultimate Destruction is probably the best hulk game ever made so I really hope they're looking at that for ideas after Wolverine

They should do a Thor character action game. Make it so that players are encouraged to do longer, flashier, more diverse combos for bonus XP. Have the story be about him and Loki being brothers but also on and off rivals (keep it simple and easy to pitch). Take notes from Asura’s Wrath in terms of pulling off cosmic scale in the gaming medium. Have a balance of free roam and replayable missions

Guardians was great and like you said midnight suns was better. More than a card game and really alot of character interactions as a fan of the comics that was highly enjoyable I'm playing thru it s second time. It's to bad we likely won't see an X-Men version of that
@@matthewameel1741 Personally, I think the X-Men franchise has run its course for video games. Most arcade Marvel games are basically just X-Men titles, and games like X-Men Legends 1+2 are still playable to this day.
I’m hyped for Wolverine, but hope they incorporate any slew of Marvel content, not just X-Men. I would love a full-on Hulk vs Wolverine battle that isn’t side content, with cinematics galore. And seeing Wolverine have to deal with a villain like Dr. Doom as opposed to Magneto or Sabretooth would be more interesting to me. Again, this is all in fact opinionated.

Midnight suns is an amazing game. It's not just a "card game", it is a tactical strategy game and it also tells an amazing story.

The story was enjoyable, it's a shame this game will probably never get a sequel or anything close. A severly underrated title.

Loved Marvel's Avengers and I have the Guardians waiting ...so excited about the new ones
Guardians Of The Galaxy was quite a good game and they still have a strong chance to gain so much respect to that game with a sequal including emotional parts, inspirations from comic events, and multiple playable characters with little hints of marvel's spider man being connected to it, this idea will definitely help them get their own respect in video game line.
Multiplayer would definitely increase its gameplay value. But no live service, just keep it clean like the first one.

Yes I thought it was pretty good. Story was a bit lack luster but not awful and the gameplay was very fun if you’re into card games. Gives you lots of room to be creative and strategize. Also was sweet getting to have heart to heart conversations with all the super people especially Eddy and Robbie

Midnight Suns is SO good. The reason why I didn't touch that game before was because of all the critics about "it's just a card game" when it's way deeper than that : Social interactions, chill exploration, lore and Xcom levels of tactics! To try it is to love it!

Marvel heroes omega is the game I enjoyed mainly because of how many villains and characters they had, also you could do co op with friends and roam the city and just have fun. They definitely could have added more characters and modes if it didn’t shut down.

@@ProToken420 I don't think it's x com at all. But it is a card game with animated actions. You get 3 plays per turn and 1 move. You randomly get a hand of 7 cards from your team of 3 heroes. All cards have special abilities that may give you an extra card play or bonus offense/defense or just an added perk that fits that hero. And then there's strategy on which heroes benefits each other and the timing of finishing the mission quicker. Definitely a fun game that if put down because of card mechanics is a sad miss.

They should do a Thor character action game. Make it so that players are encouraged to do longer, flashier, more diverse combos for bonus XP. Have the story be about him and Loki being brothers but also on and off rivals (keep it simple and easy to pitch). Take notes from Asura’s Wrath in terms of pulling off cosmic scale in the gaming medium. Have a balance of free roam and replayable missions
