- Hi DIY friends! Today I'm making my dream plant, a Pink Princess Philodendron. Better yet a plant that I can't kill. I found this photo on Pinterest and knew I had to recreate it. I have linked the free pattern for you to follow along with the video. If you recreate this project I would love to see it, please tag me in your photos! If you are new to crocheting I have linked other videos you can watch to learn the very basics. I have also link some supplies if you are in need of some crochet hooks.

Why doesn't this tutorial have more views it's absolutely gorgeous omg???
Thank you friend!
I just found it! N ur rite, its gorgeous ❣ Gonna make it today too. 😁
This looks amazing but I wish you showed one example of how you did the mixed colored leaf. I'm mainly wondering about the tail ends.
I crochet over the tails to hid them
This is exactly what I looked for! Thank you ❤
Yay! I’m so glad this was helpful
Wow this is amazing!
Thank you
LOVE LOVE 💕
So cool!
Thank you!
В первый раз вижу такую работу,очень мило!
Greetings from Brasil 🇧🇷
Loooooved the tutorial ❤
That makes me so happy!
so beautiful!! thank you so much for the pattern and instruction
I’m so happy you loved it❤️❤️
love the video! tysm for the tutorial
I’m so happy you love it!
I can’t believe I found this video by searching “crochet houseplant” on the day I found my big, healthy Pink Princess at Walmart for $19.99
This is so beautiful!❤ i was wondering if you used a medium worsted or dk yarn
Thank you I believe a worsted weight. Hope that helps
Hi there, I’m following your written pattern which is different to what you do here. 🫤 But is every round meant to be alternating? Or do you ever chain 1 and turn? Or do you do one side after the other?
I'm really bad with plants, i kill them all;( so this is perfect, ty!!
I totally feel you! I’m glad that this video inspired you ❤️❤️
Love this so much! Can you confirm if the yarn you are using is acrylic or cotton?
I believe it’s a cotton blend
Hey I’m just checking, when you’re doing the other side of the leaf you are doing the pattern mirrored rather than the exact same again right? I think my first leaf came out wrong as I just rewound the video and did the exact same again haha but these leaves are fabulous and thank you for this fab pattern xx
Yes you are mirroring the other side. I’m so glad you are loving it!
I think this is what I struggled with too!!! My first leaf looked very strange so I’m going to try again!!!! I love this tutorial x
I’m so happy you love it! If there is anything else you would love to see from me I would love to know!
I'm trying to follow this pattern and I am very confused once you "turn" it and repeat. Am I repeating the pattern front to back? Or reversing the first row? Or on the written pattern do I jump to row 2? Thanks in advance
You are repeating the previous row backwards. I hope this helps. The stitch you are working on should the the same as the one across from it
And what does “ST” mean in the written pattern?
How did you do the different colors?
I changed colors and crocheted the tails in. I hope that helps
I’m having a little Trouble trying to follow the pattern and the video at the same time :/
i have this houseplant and i made it a baby one :)
Omg that’s so cute I love that
