Everything we know about this whole situation is because dude is such a raging taint that he has to keep escalating. Him being a creep was kept behind closed doors until dude hired a PR firm to start smearing Blake and forced her to make her complaint to the authorities. Then his lawsuits generated even more press about him being a creep, and now DP&W will get some extra streams as people laugh at his expense. It really shows you the mentality of an abuser. They would rather set themselves on fire than let their target get away with shutting them down.
Blake can't say anything after she laughed when asked a question about domestic abuse in an interview for that movie. I hate how nobody is bringing that up.
Why would Blake, (a married woman) convince her husband (the film's star and producer) to include a character based on another man? And Ryan went with it? I hope this is not true.

For irony I just happened to see both movies during the holiday season.
3:15 - *... Hmmmm: Requesting via a lawsuit for a party to disclose anything because you have "a belief" that there is "proof" somewhere in the shadows of what your case is about is A) NOT a good legal strategy (Because it proves in itself that you have no proof of what you are claiming and going on a fishing expedition in the slim hope that the party you are suing would be stupid enough to hand over evidence of a crime) and therefore B) Usually a legal tactic hoping to browbeat said party into standing down... I could be wrong, but: Doesn't sound like "Man Bun guy" has much of a case! (And as others have correctly pointed out: Making parodies of famous people is protected under the law!)*
Ryan Reynolds took a shot at justin in a behind the scenes that didnt make the film and the video is out there. Thats facts. And what you didnt mention is its not just about the nice pool its about blake and ryan taking over the film (ryan coming in to do were writes which werent needed because the movie was following the book almost to the letter.) her threating the studio multiple times to leave the film if she wasnt accredited for a producer spot. Its just a bad look on both but more so her and ryan becasue they are considered a power couple.
With Marvel and Disney in the mix, the Baldoni-Lively legal saga adds even more paperwork, studios, and a litany of accusations regarding an already contentious feud. With Reynolds now potentially drawn into litigation, the case broadens from personal accusations to industry-wide scrutiny against Lively and her husband. Whether Nicepool was intended as a caricature of Baldoni specifically or a broader satire of “male feminist” archetypes, Baldoni’s demands for records appear to shift focus from Lively’s detailed allegations of a hostile work environment on the set of It Ends with Us, further mystifying their ongoing battle.
omg the "nice guy" that's saying they r copying him is crazy he acts like he's the only ever person to be cute and nice ect.. in all of human history there's never been someone like him give me a break! he does not have anything to stand on
So specifically the joke in question is apparently when Nicepool makes a douchey comment about Blake Livelys body then says it’s ok cuz he identifies as a feminist (allegedly something like this actually happened lol)
Not exactly what I expected to see in my feed, but I just hope that those that are in the wrong are caught and dealt with. We already got the huge hit with Deadpool with the recent one I really don't want to see Ryan Reynolds and friends suffer because of some petty loser who can't take a joke, I guess as said if they bring up the act of a parody in this case it could save Blake Lively's rear and their crew on that, I guess we'll wait and see how this case progresses.
Doesn't him pursuing this nonsense kind of make him look even worse. It's kind of like saying he IS a pseudo-feminist because Nicepool is kind of a pseudo-feminist. If he isn't actually that way, then the Nicepool character isn't related, right? It's not like they gave Nicepool his name.
i dont see how Nicepool is based on that guy, i think he just based on any hipster nature loving nice guy (not that anything wrong with that) and this is a reverse of the johnny situation where i want the woman to win and the man to lose LOL
Even if they could prove that parody is protected by law
Yup
You're right they did a lot of parody versions of people and pop-culture references from different media, then there's no point of a lawsuit.
This case is going no where. This guy is blowing smoke out of his a$$.
It’s been Headache after Headache after Headache.

😂. Tell me you know nothing about the case without telling me
Blake is the abuser and liar shes a disgusting person
@@seanguinneverything he said was on point
@@notmephisto1375 Actually he just spoke the narrative. All you guys gotta do is do some research. 🧐 They’re gonna lose
@@seanguinn 😂😂😂

Yeah laughing about that is very messed up
could have been a nervous tick....we don't know, cause we don't any of these people....I am just here, to see if the franchise is dead

This Baldoni guy is grasping for straws at this point
@@MeNameJaef he’s in the right. I know people on the set and Lively is a diva
@@sanafarhoumand1610yes she is but nice pool isn't a parody of him
Nicepool was created before this guy was thought of 😂
They can’t delete his scenes either they’re important to the plot.

So what if Nicepool is inspired by this obscure dude? Even if it is a troll? All movie characters have some source(s) of inspiration.
There’s a deleted scene too that’s very specific to this guy
Nicepool would never take someone to court
Hollywood is literally a soap opera
This is starting to get ridiculous.
I though nicepool was making fun of CANADA because the stereotype of them ALL being nice.
I mean its parody tho
Even if it is based on him its gonna turn into a nothing case
Another headache for Marvel. Hopefully it can be settled for a undisclosed amount and we can move on with future Deadpool appearances.

It would be the jab of the decade if that’s the case

Hahahhha that's it......he will get about 0.000 percent from tht lawsuit
Justin had my sympathy until he started to milk this case. $250 million for his troubles and saying stuff like this??? you're just taking advantage
Not this guy again with the whole it ends with us guy
Boo hoo, they made fun at me so I'm gonna get revenge.
So specifically the joke in question is apparently when Nicepool makes a douchey comment about Blake Livelys body then says it’s ok cuz he identifies as a feminist (allegedly something like this actually happened lol)
Disney won't do any of this
Marvel, not Disney
This stupid that is a quarter of their money they earned
Blake is fake. Ryan is lying. Im just speculating. But this stinks!
Now everyone knows who this guy is.😂

It's not him though

This lawsuit is frivolous and a waste of time 😂. Just like a TRex trying to do pull-ups 🦖🦖. Going nowhere
Such losers. There is no case here.
Haters gonna Hate
Put this movie back in theaters and it will earn this money again
Bro is not that special😂
How do you decide what information to include at the beginning of a video to keep viewers interested? 👅💋
😔 wow
Everything about jonathan Majors😂😅😅😅😅, where does it says he's guilty
The Lawsuit has more drama and actual emotional energy than the silly D&W film ever did.😂
?
😂, now THIS is more entertaining than the whole "homo-no-homo-pool" franchise
