Will definitely buy one as a backup for my 2010 Certate that is still going strong. 👍

Hi DaiwaAustralia, can you compare the Daiwa 21 SW 5000 and Daiwa 24 Certate 5000 , which one the best and which one good for catching fishing on the beach . Please let me know . Thank you for yoyr time .

Well the SW is meant for Saltwater but if you are using the 24 Certate has a lighter setup. You will be fine

Will there be the SW version…?

I wonder if it's worth upgrading the 19 version? Tbh I like the much louder drag clicker which is a bit underwhelming on my current 5000XH

As much as I can tell from first look:
"+" lighter rotor, main gear geometry (like in 2021/23 Luvias Airity), new side plates geometry (hope, that there's also a bigger bearing on the right side).
"-" same design/ construction, clicker sound, bail arms construction (its crappy), same handle.
If don't have Certate, Yes, it's definitely worth buying, if the Youre '19 runs great - then I wouldn't!

It would be nice if you could sell spare parts like maing gear and pinion, cause they are crap on 19 lt model.
And shiping to Japan from Europe, service and parts cost almost like new reel.
No thank you daiwa, ill prefer shimano, cause it better for self service.

Omg your post is 100 % true... Simono Europe have all market with servise and spare pars for self servise.
