This week is crazy for the preorders I have coming! I think I have 9 total coming including the Horimiya and Sasaki and Miyano you have here. Plus a fat stack of western comics are on the way. I even recently got some illustration books delivered from Japan.
it really has been! a lot of preorders were scheduled for release towards the end of May 😅 excited for you to get those Horimiya and SasaMiya copies! i don't have any western comics and really only familiar with some Teen Titan ones 😊 ohh which illustration books did you pick up?
They're part of a series called Illustration. They come out with a new one every year. They are basically similar to the Visions books except they aren't sponsored by pixiv. I currently have years 2020, 2021, and 2023 but I've seen copies as early as 2013. I'm waiting for the 2022 edition and a couple of other art books to be delivered.
@@BookishReader ahh ok i've seen the Illustration book covers. i don't own any but was told they tend to have artists with all sorts of art styles and mediums, which is pretty cool! i believe you were the one who mentioned to me about the Artists in America/Korea/Taiwan books. i do still want to check those out ☺
