Love that Brawther! I usually play the other side. Tell me about the DopeReal. I've heard some bad reviews --- people have told me to go for the GSA, for the sound, and the send/return. What's your opinion?

Sure thing, would like to listen to some of your mixes. I would love an isolator but I don't have the money right now, I would either get the Dopereal like yours or the new GSA one. There is a guy in Japan who is an amazing tech and has good experience with Urei 1620, google "hassy" and "urei" I think he did some mods even for the Rane 2016. There are so many things I would love like an original 1620 lol but my LE will do for now. Any way the 2016 is a lovely mixer..and is built like a brick
Hi sebastianbotzow. The difference between Dopereal and GSA are boost level,send/return and sound. Dopereal have +20db boost,so you can easily to make changes of music influence like joe claussell. Of course,some garage factory remodeling GSA.They make it +20db. Unfortunately there is no send/return in dopeleal.if u wanna them,ask dopereal shop in Japan. I haven't listened GSA ISO,so I can't talk about sound.Maybe there are some differences if u have really good sound equipment.
680v3 stylus will fit on original 680 body The 680v3 is the basically the new HP which spec wise is pretty much un-touched and the 680e v3 is what was the EL version but let me tell you this..Stanton is not what it used to be! even the body of the new ones don't sound as tight, I tried them all. The best ones are 680EL mk1, mk2 and 681SE but you can use mk1 body with v3e stylus. The HP is nice but the EL has better sound and stylus. try to get new old stock ,I get mine from NYC

@MrSaberger1 cool thnx very much. the Genelec are great for small room.but for bigger bass i love the 8040 6.5 i wish i could have them too expensive.
