My Samsung M21 from 2020 is still running fine and battery life is still around 5-6 hours for a 4 year old phone with very heavy usage. I guess that's why Samsung is winning if a 12-13k phone works fine till 4-5 years, that's the best fit for Indian market 😅...

Another thing I wanna mention is the amount of Samsung electronics device and services around us in India itself creates a huge impression to lean towards samsung devices irrespective of prices, that's how they won back their spot in TV market as well (by launching a new TV series similar to A-series strategy cutdown version of their flagships).

I have a Samsung On 7 Pro Smart phone which I bought in 2016. Nearly 7 years Passed. I had changed my Phone's Battery Twice. But Apart from Battery, Camera is still on the top. I really love Samsung Smartphones ❤️.

That's not true. Cheaper Samsung phones have very jittery software experience due to poor hardware.
The reason Samsung is successful is the same reason as Apple and i.e. Brand value.

Using the A73 and Tab A9+ with Watch Classic 6 and Galaxy Buds Live. Not a samsung fanboy but the fluidity and features for the price range, A series does a good job.

I myself use a Samsung a54 and the reason is Samsung finance + my father chose Samsung a54 over nothing 1 (which I wanted) just because of finance options and 1st I was disappointed because Samsung a54 doesn't have best specs out there but overtime I realized that specs doesn't matter as much we think its the seamless experience that Samsung delivers. I'm more than happy with it's camera reviews are bad but for me whenever I click a photo it's likely to be perfect
I really wish and hope the graphics/presentation/after-effects employee(s) are getting a raise.
And in that context of presentation, this channel is the most underrated tech review channel in India.

From my experience, if you buy a Samsung phone which isn't flagship, you'll have to compromise in one thing or the other. Like the processor or the camera or the battery.
I bought S21 Fe but sold it only because of the battery.

I was skeptical switching to samsung from my Asus Zenfone 5z which I've used for 5 years. 😅 My parents are using iqoo and redmi. I'm glad that I shifted to samsung. No crappy bloats no ads. A simple stock like android ui with some extra perks. Also camera. If a company is doing good, it needs to be mentioned. It's not always about promotion.

Overall great after sales service by samsung. Also i use samsung pay for Contact less payments most of the time.

@pulaktrivedi9743 Sammy up their update policy from being the worst to the best in my 2 years usage. Sammy didn't even miss a single monthly update even if you didn't get it as fast as their flagship they delivered even its the last day of the month, they gonna give you the update no matter what the odds without skipping to the next month

I am still not convinced with the performance of exynos chip. Samsung is not using the cut down version of SD 8 gen series, called SD 7+ gen series. The offline market is really helping Samsung, vivo and oppo.

My a32 4g running one ui 5.1 android 13 , still lags , and it was logging since day 1 on android 11 , only 12 was a little better
Started using Samsung since 2017 and now using S23 plus...definitely more user friendly one UI software. And having service Centre in my city hence not facing much of issue related to service. Also Samsung increasing der service Centre which is really helps many ppl to buy Samsung phones.

Well, I haven't owned a Samsung phone for a long time now but my tab, microwave oven, fridge, tv, computer monitor all are Samsung. Samsung's presence is just huge..
Another reason why Samsung is winning is reliability, my 6 years old basic galaxy J6(around 10000 rs) is still running seamlessly with 4 hours of screen on time.
Also the FE series of S series is much more popular

True. I have a almost 4 year old M51 and it works well without any lags and it's battery health is at 97% and it basically performs like a new one. I bought it for 20k.
My friend's 3yr old realme is giving him issues, his battery is draining really fast 3 hours screen on time (i get 15) his camera app crashes when filming a video, etc. he himself used to mock samsung now he's said he'll buy samsung next because of longevity and software support. I'll be buying S25U next year off to college

At least give all the story like you gave all the points that are in favour of Samsung. Google was the first one to give 7 years of software upgrade and Google also helped Samsung develop their os and they made the circle for search feature. Google and Samsung work together. Google makes software for Samsung and Samsung makes the tensor chips for google cause the tensor chipa are based on Exynos. Also talk about samsung giving okayish specs in budget when compared to other phones. Their exynos chip is trash and everyone knows it.
It's a partnership but also a codependency.
Anyways one point id like to add. Google giving or promising 7 years is nothing to samsung promising 5 because of the sheer number of models they have. While Google has just 2 phones per year spread apart in 4 years or so.

I am a Samsung SEC and i think we SEC's are the reasons for Samsung Sell's are all time high....
They'll give you 7 years of updates and somewhere down the line on a random Thursday evening after updating green line starts to appear...
Anything which matter for a consumer in india is longevity of the device and seeing the past experiences of samsung devices we may have cut down on some features which may be available in other phones, samsung devices can be easily expected to work for 6 7 years without Hassel. It's a perk of being the oldest one out there. Kinda lite version of 🍎
I use Samsung and had used the flagship as well as budget. One thing i would say their budget is overpriced for the crappy shit they make but their flagship is worth every money and one thing it offered me was reliability. Even after 4 years the device is still working fine and without any issues.
If any day I am having Rs 40000 to buy a smartphone....I will never go for those chinese phones Oppo, Vivo or Oneplus.

It costs jst 10k and i worked utterly fine for 6 years....untill i used wrong charger and i damaged the battery...so yeah samsung is the beast...i bet no mobile in 10k price will give more than A10s performance(Fact:- A10 was the 2nd best selling phone in india at the time when Iphone 10 released)
I have seen Samsung J series and and I hated it and back then I was using Redmi.
But 2020 I bought Samsung because not to use Chinese Brand but Samsung surprises me with One UI and proper timely updates.
