I myself live in an English speaking country and have the same issues: misspelling, hard times remembering the correct words, etc.; after all, speaking another language isn't easy. Yes I do!!! In order to get that pastel purple or gray, you need to bleach first! And then tone after that... I also use a purple shampoo to tone when I don't have the time to dye! ^^
