- The head of the French overseas department Mayotte said the island was "on the edge of civil war" following days of violence between rival gangs. Police reinforcements have been sent from the mainland to try to restore order.

Who are these kids and who are their parents??? This is not the doings of the Native French people I believe. This is just another example that the world is seeing from certain sets of people in these countries. Thats just a sad fact. No doubt it will somehow be blamed on someone else but them, or on poverty. Being poor is not an excuse for this.
