I had Strypers tape in the mid 80’s and saw them. In the 90’s I heard Petra on the radio and really liked them. I too was baptized in 1990!!!!😊

@@randybakos29 Yeah I was 12-13yrs old when my mom saw them on a day time show (Soldiers Under Command album) and called my brother and I away from our Atari gaming. It changed my life and I loved the 80s metal scene. They played so well and the groove and vibe hit me spiritually.

Honestly, I saw John and Kevin fanboying the whole time and it was awesome. Watched them more than the show lol, but Stryper killed it! I was suprised they were really awesome!!

Stryper is STILL sounding as good today as they did way back when I first started listening to them. (1985) Truly talented. So good to see Oz still out playing after everything he’s gone through. And man can he sing too! Sometimes I prefer his singing over Michael’s.

Perry richardson is a perfect fit for this band with those amazing vocals i remember him all the way back to the max warrior days such an awesome musician and wonderful person, go get em Perry;)

I'm really disappointed that Robert (the Visual Timekeeper) of Stryper is not on a drum riser that shows him in plain sight for the crowd to enjoy.
Robert's talent should not be hidden by a bunch of amps.

... I'm a tribal from remote part of NE India and unlike you guys, we don't get much to see, what we called "international bands" in this part of the world. And we were so blessed when bands like Stryper, Mr.Big, Fire House, Whitelion, Petra, MLTR, Lost Angels came to our place (how could i miss "once in a lifetime opportunities?" Ofc, I watched 'em all). I really enjoyed watching them live esp Michael Sweet up so close. Apart from Sweet, it's Gilbert my Old & All time fav guitarists.......whom i watched so close and was mesmerized by the way he played his 🎸s....too good.Wow!!! I really enjoyed watching all of ' em live. Hoping with fingers crossed that more & more bands as such would come to this part of the world. Keep on rocking, folks 🎼🗣️🎤🥁🎸🎶😍👍...

Skillet, Newsboys & Disciple John, Michael Tate & Kevin. Been a Stryper fan for as long as they've been playing. Really also like Disciple & of course Newsboys. Yes, Skillet too. What an awesome festival. I've wanted to go for years. I live in SE Ohio but haven't made it yet. Hopefully, next year & yes, keep Stryper oin the lineup. Is Decyfer Down still playing? Thanks, for the upload. Anyone remember "We As Human"? Did they eventually completely break up? They were also really good!

Always a great 2 guitar attack. Saw them in 86 and 87. Had a great chat w Oz after the Greek LA theater show. I think they were hunting for a bass player. They toured as a religious act tossing out the bibles, they were exempt from a lot of taxes. Pretty genius. Those guys have a strong faith. That’s a good thing.
