(sorry im not the right person to guide you about OBS) About losing fps while recording is "normal" or will happen just not sure if 90 fps is to much. i do lose some fps to while recording and using msi afterburner/rivatuner.

true, when im not recording the avg/1% low/latency is a bit better, especially the ms/latency.
