- Long Story Short with Dr. Been
Photobiomodulation and methylene blue are neuroprotective. These interventions not only reduce cellular apoptosis, but also improve the tissue healing by improving the blood flow to the tissues. Let's review how photobiomodulation works to help mitochondria heal and function correctly.

Try early morning sunlight - there are more red rays at that time of day, has worked well for me after 3 week trial.
I have had a
interest in PBM and been using for least 4 years. Have cfs for 30 years and research on the Krebs cycle and interest in energy by mitochondria. Thanks so much for this presentation been waiting long time for it. I take Panax gensing and other supliments that are studied and research proves they increase energy.
You have a gift for explaining things. I love your diagrams. Thank you.
Rf🎉🎉lf🎉r🎉🎉cg🎉rrc😅
Thank you Dr b. I bought a near infared panel. I hope to start it next week
Thanks a lot from Brazil. Excellent job, you are a blessed person
Great lecture Doc!
The afferent path of lymph into nefron extends from cortex and interstitial fluid through capillaries
I sit in the sunshine it can’t be better for me than that cause that’s humans evolved with and it don’t cost much
Any research on photobiomodulation with CKD?
Any synergy between ketones and photobiomodulation?
Does red/near infrared lamp for home use count as photo bio modulation? I bought one on Amazon
QQQ Is one of the antioxidant mechanisms produced from the nucleus reaction, to increase presence of melatonin?
Seems I dropped into this conversation in the middle. Can anyone point me to any kind of mention (by Dr. B.) of particular NIR frequency/frequencies and type of PBM device that will induce this mitochondrial stimulation? Thx-
would this treatment influence a precancerous condition that is unknown at the time of treatment?
I’d like to know, too.
Where to get a head wrap or lamp with the proper frequency and intensity?
Several devices produce near infrared light at 1070 or 1072 nanometer wavelength, so your suggested cutoff of 1000 nm seems too low.
How long after taking MB should I do PBM?
Dr. B, is vielight a good option for NIR light?
No
@@HRVHackers why is that? which alternative do you know?
Do you apply it to forehead?
Little mirrors or solar panels, has something to do with keratin
Something like nefron capsules growing into tubules
I called mitochondria subcellular part that powers the cell . Does ketone production occur there too. I going to Wikipedia can’t wait but keep listening no matter
To be able to produce photobiomodulation's wonderful effects does the red and IR have to be coming from a laser, or it will work also without laser, just red and IR lights with the same wavelenght???
Dawk why not just use sunlight it’s what we evolved with ?
Thanks for another great video! The secret to YT success - Promo>SM !
