Resting your players 7-10 minutes for a 48 minute game isn’t considered load management🙄load management is when you set a specific amount of time your player plays in a game

Tibs is a hard nosed coach. He is going to take teams further than they have any right to go. But it comes with a cost.
Well that is why you rotate a benched guy in to help them rest. You don’t to put in Gleague guys you have a 15 man roster. Give a benched guy some minutes and put him in specific situations he can help out. That’s what good coaches do not force your best guys play 48 min games

Whatever. Jordan used to play all 82. Wilt averaged over 48 minutes in a season. Players used to actually play. Doing hard things makes us stronger and more durable.
