This video was EXTREMELY good. not only did it help me work on my greeting, and I got appealed! when I did, I went to shifts, using similar greetings to yours, it was my 3rd shift and then on my 4th shift with the SAME greeting.... I GOT PROMOTED TO STORE SUPERVISOR!
