Aussie meat pie recipe | Aussie girl can cook

the iconic Australian meat pie packed full of flavor using favorite Aussie ingredients and puff pastry. cheap and easy to make. recipe below
olive oil
1 and 1/2 large brown onions chopped finely
750g beef mince
1 and 1/2 table sp cornflour
1 and 1/4 cups chicken or beef stock or broth or water
1 cup tomato sauce.. i was a little heavy handed lol 3/4 cup is perfect if your not mad on tomato sauce.
3 table sp wistirshire sauce
1 and 1/2 table sp bbq sauce
1 and 1/2 tea sp vegemite
pre heat oven 220 degrees c
3 sheets short crust pastry
2 sheets puff pastry
bake approx 18 mins
