Hello! I hadn't heard of the E9822 before. From my quick online research it appears Aliexpress are selling the E9822 but the brand is actually JXServo, model number Pdi-2504mg. Visible difference is that the output spline on this servo is metal and on the E9812 it is plastic. Though apparently both servos have metal gears inside. How the heck did you manage to get the spur gear onto the metal drive shaft (A4028)? It seems like the plastic shaft is thinner where the spur gear goes on, but the metal one is the same thickness all the way. Banggood pics seem to match mine, couldn't see yours properly before installation to see if yours was different.
Hi Ali, If you bought the Remo E9931 ESC which has a built-in radio receiver you should be able to easily bind the existing transmitter to it by just turning on the transmitter and then turn on the ESC.
Hi Micko, Do you have any idea about calibrating the ESC and transmitter ? I installed brushless motor and ESC and bind it. It works great and is fast. However I have trouble braking. It barely breaks. Im looking for some help on getting the brakes back. I have Remo brushless ESC fyi. Any help would be appreciated.

There's existing holes in both bumpers for LEDs. I used a bit of superglue to secure each one in. I connected the LED wires to a 3-pin JST 1.25 plug and plugged it into the ESC. Because the LED set I used has 8 LEDs I used the remaining four on the body - just taped them down for now.

@@whatchamahoozit @slick That's an excellent question. The manual says you can, but it doesn't work for me.. the LED switch on the transmitter does nothing. 😌 But another viewer who's 1621 is a couple of years old said his LED switch works, so maybe only the older models work. Just FYI.

I might have tapped it in with a hammer. Honestly I can't remember. I mustn't of had an issue with that. Just force it on? 🤔

Do you really need to change to the Remo E9812 3Line 25g Servo when converting to brushless?
Hi Jared. Yes, unfortunately, because the existing servo is 5-wire and the brushless ESC/receiver combo omly has a 3-wire socket for the servo.

@@jared4670 If the model of your existing remote transmitter is RH1-v2 then you can use this. This worked for me.

I'm using a 2S LiPo. There's plenty out there. Just make sure the dimensions will fit into the battery bay on the car
