He said in one of his videos about chandra mangal yoga that in order for this yoga to bestow all of the comforts of life moon and mars have to conjunct closely and the yoga has to be in good houses. However he then said let's say for cancer ascendant chandra mangal yoga can be in any house it will provide good results through that house. a few moments earlier he said only if chandra mangal yoga is in good houses then a few moments later he said in any house. Can you see the contradiction/ This guy is very good but he can be very confusing sometimes.

I imagine it could mean that, or that the spouse is very spiritual.....although, potentially also that spouse could be sick, or otherwise disabled or confined in isolation. It could also mean the spouse is from overseas, or you met them overseas. However, I'm no expert.
