The Quran was revealed to the great man prophet Mohamed peace and blessing be upon him from the almighty God through the holy spirit Angel Gabriel.
The quran doesn't have different versions,it's actually the exact same.Uthman wrote the quran in 7 different dialects.Also there's no such as the 1924 cairo quran,I don't know where u got that from.
