We are extremely satisfied with our EQC400. If you drive +-700 to 800 km every day and do not have 30 minutes to fast charge halfway through this journey, then this is not the car for you. We are fans because of its exceptional comfort and beautiful interior. Moreover, in the city you can lose your driver's license in 3 seconds if you don't pay attention, that's more than fast enough.

It would be interesting if you got some guys along and took the same trip with EQE SUV, iX 50 and Q8 55. Which one would be most efficient, most comfortable, and which one has the best and most intuitive user interface.😉

That would be a test I would love to see. In that way we really could see the difference in efficency

These road trips appear so easy in Norway and my friend often drives his EQC from Oslo to Lofoton. The charging network is awesome. I’m trying to plan a trip from London to North Devon UK but as soon as I’m out of range of the Tesla chargers it all goes to pot. Very few chargers anyway and will they work? 🤷🏻

Devon and Cornwall are probably going to be the last places in the UK to get decent charging infrastructure. At last check Cornwall had something like 15 (non-tesla) rapid chargers for the entire county. We're keeping our Golf almost exclusively for summer in Cornwall..

I have heard that the EQC has preheating of the battery that automatically preheat according to planned charging. This is opposit of what you said.
    Am I wrong?

I have checked with Mercedes Benz UK and they have confirmed there is preconditioning of the battery if charger destinations are set as waypoints or destinations with the electric intelligence navigation system.

Of course it has preconditioning and heating. There is a button under your nose This proves that you guys just don't do your homework. Obviously, you didn't have Mercedes Me App, where you can set those up in the home. Enjoy playing. I had to buy mine - and the seats are not hard. Could do better.
