I still remember the day I read about that game in Edge Magazine. "Still playing : Frequency. Science genius girl still floats our boat". Long story short : favorite VG music ever.
"It will be a member of my band" to "It is now a member of THE band" --- I love this lyric, she really did get it all, the band too ("the" band is how you refer to your band in the present reality --- before now it was just a dream).
It was playing Frequency when it was first released on the PS2 that got me into listening to Freezepop"s music. Yeah I know I am older than Yoda and I have been a gamer since the dawn of video games. In 2016 I launched my RUclips gaming channel and now have millions of subs (1630 to be exact and I was never good at maths 😂).
I played this game because my friend owned it and the squeal... this was my warm up song... Now I have Amplitude and a LOVE of this band thanks to this song.
frequency and amplitude were ps exclusives. there shouldn't be an official version of any of them floating around. you might luck out and find a emulator or something
Buy a PS2 and this game, hook it up to your fancy HDtv and play the game and enjoy the awesome tunes. Don't worry about the display quality, the game was already pretty trippy enough.

I learned what pi was because of this song.

And we probably know the name of that clone, since one of the member of Freezepop is The Other Sean T. Drinkwater (a clone of Sean T. Drinkwater).

Yes, she is.
+jodinsan I thought she was just saying random numbers lol
The other version has her saying the golden ratio.
Same I JUST noticed, and i've known this song for almost 10 years.
SHIT she is! I just googled the pi number and it's exactly saying it! Goddamn, even a decade later I find out neat things about this game!
Back when music was music
Just imagine we had a game like this in 2023? Be awesome!
Try Fortnites free "Festival" mode. it's Frequency in 2023 :)
Classic i miss this game alot i wonder if gamestop has it
I agreeeeeee
ironicly, the crystal method who also had a song in this game did the theme for boanz and this song entirely makes me think of temperance.
