Great video! Slowing down is a great idea. It surprises me that backing tracks so often are recorded at fast tempo, however. You can only slow tracks down to 80% before they start sounding like syrup. I would for instance like to find an Autumn leaves backing track at a tempo like the recordings by Eva Cassidy or Eric Clapton.
Hi @Ron! Thank you for your interest. You may check these backing tracks from our store: members.learnjazzstandards.com/product/ljs-suite-entire-play-along-collection/
Looks interesting. How does it work with players like me who don't play throught an amp but through an audio interface into a DAW? Is the program itself a DAW that can launch amp simulations?
Your LJS Suite of mp3s when loaded into SongMaster do not match what you showed in this YT video. I purchased the Suite (for band) and SongMaster based on his video and feel I wasted my money. The SongMaster generated SONG file doesn't match the chart at all. I used Autumn Leaves and Out of Nowhere as experiments. The result looked like an mp3 export of your BIAB sgu files which I also purchased. BTW, your "contact" dialog is generating reCaptcha errors - tried emailing you 3 times with no luck.
I have backing tracks from you. I havd them from others as well. I see wheee it says looping. But I never can figure out how. I fear buying another software like song master etc. will be another dead end. It’s all very difficult. I only use an iPhone
You are a wonderful educator.
Thank you!
You and that guitar …. I could listen all night😊. But I loved the sound of the Ibanez too😄
Kate 🎺
Thank you, Brent. Great ideas😎
My pleasure!
WADR realbook and ireal are very useful...imo

What brand of guitar? It's beautiful!
Thanks for the video, good stuff and much appreciated. Suggestion, though: when giving video guitar lessons, use a guitar with fretboard markings.
Great suggestion for learning, Brett! Can you get the Jazz Backing Tracks without joining Inner Circle?
Irealpro , theres countless youtube clips on it. The community which uses it is in the millions. Its peerless in terms options.
Yes on the LJS RUclips.

You should be able to setup your DAW so it doesn't use exclusive mode. Then you can use Song Master along with your DAW.

Where is Song Master?, I don't see it😢
Hi, you may get Song Master here: members.learnjazzstandards.com/songmaster
Why is Song Master better than iRealPro, which has hundreds more jazz tunes and which is FREE?
IRealPro wasn't free when I bought it a few weeks ago.
@@syncMixer me either!
Um, selling things to musicians, I dont know how its possible that the most underpaid can afford to buy
