Summer Foot Care

Over the #Summer holiday period, many of us might find ourselves down by the beach or relaxing by the pool.
BUT it's important that we don't neglect our feet at these popular Summer hot spots!
☀️ When visiting the #beach 🏖️ it's important we wash the sand from our feet and between our toes to reduce abrasion and blistering.
☀️ When visiting the #pool 🏊 wear flip flops in the showers to protect yourself from tinea which can be found on the floor in shared spaces such as the pool side or bathrooms.
To avoid fungal infections - always make sure to thoroughly dry your feet when putting on enclosed shoes.
