- Welcome to TmezTv Garage. I’m a fabricator and I been wanting a mini bike for a while but for the price of a Colman or used mini bike I knew I could buy all the mini bike parts (gopowersports.com) and build a new one for around the same price. In the last video we made the frame and now it’s time to assemble and take it for it’s made and voyage. Idk it that’s right. I build shit and drive the wheels off anything but I’m not the best “speller or writer”. I can’t wait to rip this at the track and it’s almost ready! You could even market it and who knows, start the 70s Mini Bike Craze all over again. I was part of it in Sydney Australia 72-75. I had an old Deltek Rockhopper, 125cc lawn mower motor.

Shifter kart is why I got the blaster.
Great job, do the jackshaft, the chain is really flopping around, or else a spring-loaded tensioner

Sick build love it. Wish had same exact lay out and size but I would love to try a few different electric motor setups on it. You should make some just like this fully welded up still raw metal so can be painted or powder coated by person however they want it with no wheels,no motor and just no holes in the motor mount plate. I’d definitely buy one. Love all your videos glad I just recently came across your page.
V-belt lawnmower pulleys make good idlers too. They have high speed durable bearings too.
You need to put a torque converter on it it would solve the chain problem and give it some torque. Very nice. Job

Nice Build ! I like your style idea with number plate's . The chain deal sure looks floppy , like dad said jack shaft or a torque convertor set up. There is also a zip tie trick for the governor (RUclips) like you really need more speed for a pit bike ! Be well - Stay well and Keep the Elbow's Up.
I wanted one of those so bad when I was a kid. There was this empty lot of dirt hills right behind our house where people would ride them.

Cool Beans! Can't wait to see it in person next summer as your Mid West programs have passed with the season. Your going to need a jack shaft and it should run with a bearing for sure. Have fun out West.

That's pretty wicked! You should think about getting a sweet Briggs n Stratton & set it up for alcohol. Get you some more speed.

Use half of a skate board deck as a seat then you will have a nice curve

I’m thinkin tensioner pulley like on a micro sprint or a serpentine belt.
If my minibike does 47 max 45 solid what stage does it have you think? I got a 196cc engine with a cold air intake from all that I can see and the govener off is what I heard I got a Coleman Bt 200x and I weight fat weight 340pouunds thinking of putting mini wide load stickers on her 😂😂😂

We used to take mini’s to Metcalf in So SJ. Seems everyone wanted to bust their tail on it once or twice for a break from the norm.
