@@user-bl8ef1fs7l Pay attention to everything you hear and dedicate some time for mental clarity by releasing a lot of conscious thoughts and you'll know when it's time for you to travel. It's usually best with your eyelids closed and in a relaxed meditative position that is comfortable. I usually just lay back on my bed, listen with closed eyes, and don't overthink anything so that the nature of the audio can trigger the right vibrations properly. I hope that this helps!
