Wonderful workout! The abs section hit my abs very well, in part bc the butterfly position helped my hip flexors not be so involved (they try to take over sometimes). The wiggle was a move I’ve never seen before, and hit the abs so well! I also loved the glute work in downward dog, as it felt like stretch and work together. Thank u!

I think I need a how to video for those roll overs! I think I am strong enough, I just don’t know how to do them.
They are tricky. You definitely have to really use your core and commit to the movement. If you hesitate it makes it a lot more challenging. Also placing your hands on your lower back is great for support/assistance. If you can't straighten your legs in the rollover or you can't quite touch your toes to the floor, that's okay! Practice makes progress! XOXO
I just did this workout. I keep trying different ones. I’m still struggling with teasers and cannot do rollovers. It’s body mass over the head. Everyday I try to do at least one of your workouts. I’m really enjoying them and hoping I can do these exercises that are difficult soon. 😊

Another great workout after branching out from your Pilates beginners video (was able to follow 3/4 video, not bad for a beginner). Great location too! You actually inspired me to follow my first IRL lesson in a couple of days. I am curious as to how it compares to following a YT workout.

Oh wow.. I was on that tourist bus at 3:00 in 2015. If i saw you there I would like to think I would have got off the nearest stop to meet you and be like hey girl ahah ;-) !! I loved New York, I did ice skating in central park and met some lovely people in that city.. It was a beautiful and busy place. If you ever came out to New Zealand It would be lovely meeting you! I absolutely love your beautiful workouts and really appreciate how you incorporate back strengthening movements. Just a quick question. When I do the movements at 19:30 it grinds my pubic bone into the floor something terribly preventing me from lifting my legs up very high. Do you experience similar crushing of your pubic or pelvic bones? I notice you have a thin mat over concrete ground. In order for me to do this movement I have to layer blankets upon blankets under my mat. And my pubic bones is still sore this morning. How do you prevent this? Anyone experience the same issue?
Thank you for your love and support…and yes, this is a common issue! During any prone work it is essential that you press your pubic bone down into the ground and pull your navel to your spine to protect your lower back. Unfortunately this can cause some discomfort (I had this issue too). If you have more than one yoga mat try doubling up on your mats for extra cushion. There are also super thick mats that you can purchase which make prone exercises more comfortable. I think overtime it’s possible to build up some tolerance (especially as you get stronger) but until then there’s nothing wrong with using a thicker mat! 🥰🥰🥰
