Been quite happy with it. Van Hunks does make a more"budget oriented" kayak compared to some brands, and this is visible in the general build quality, but functions exactly as it should. Generally I'm very satisfied with its performance for what I paid. Was a a little miffed when I found out that they had received stock of the updated Shad model the week before I ordered and they hadn't advertised this, as I would have preferred to buy the updated model, but don;t have a time machine, so it is what it is. It's stable enough to stand and fish easily, has more storage space than I'll ever need and does what I want it to, to very happy. Still in the process of riggin it they way I wan't, pretty bare-bones right now, but look forward to long term use.
