I don't think you know how inspirational it is to see someone work out, pushing past their own gym anxiety. I deal with pretty bad social anxiety myself, so the thought of working out around people seems extremely intimidating to me. But seeing as how you had the determination to film, all the while dealing with your own anxieties is amazing to me. Thank you.

Different from person to person though you might be different. Maybe Im not to judge cause Im actually working at my gym now but before that I was a member for 3 months. Mad anxiety at the start but after time you get used to it. Key for me was and still is to aknowledge the uncofortableness and tackle it head on. For example one time I was thinking about filming my form with my dips to check on it. Noticed I was getting anxious about others judging me for it but then quickly just set up the cam, went about my set, rewatched it and noticed that nobody gave a fuck. Thats how you grow. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable and see how fast perspective can change
To me it’s inspiring that you admit you have gym anxiety, are shy filming yourself around others etc but you push yourself out of your comfort zone and do it anyway 🦸♀️
its the cool shit to do nowadays to "battle" an anxiety . She has that while putting it all out on yt. Yeah sure.makes sense. Its a marketing tactic and it works as we can read in the comments. The more successful especially media "influencers " are the more pseudo victim they portray themselves with Ophra & Harry/ Megan at the top.

Motivation has always been something I’ve struggled with in my fitness journey, and it’s honestly super cool to see how you work out. I’ve always been the type to think that you have to sweat in order to see results, but this video showed me that there’s nothing wrong with “mild” things too. Thanks :) Pls keep posting !!!
Great to see you doing a morning workout. I started doing my heavy squats and deadlifts in the morning 7AM. I love it and the people in my gym are always very focused specialy in the morning. This brings me even more in perfect mood for training and for the rest of the day 💪.

Best time of the day to go. I'm in my gym when they open every day at 5am. Classes sometimes at 530. By the way, we have a pretty large crowd at that time of day, and we feed off each other's energy. Then you're done and feel good. With my work schedule, it's the only time of the day that I can get there.
One of my biggest dreams is to be as strong as you! I saw you for the first time on tiktok, my first thought was "I want a body like that'' I'm working up the courage to create a routine: exercise and gain weight since I'm a little underweight but I already feel a lot of inspiration just watching your videos, thank you so much!
patty, your stretching tutorials are quite literally saving my life (physically) haha 🤗 about a year ago I feel down brutally due to a neurological attack. - It dislocated a spinal disk. - although though i can walk, it's painful as heck + i cannot lift my right leg above a certain point.. RN, I'm doing therapy + the doc has advised me to do streching like: Seals, Supermans, bridges etc - to correct my posture.. that's where you come to the rescue!!!! 🤝

You have such a cute tattoo on your hand. As a russian-ukrainian native speaker it's pretty weird to see a tatoo in your language. People make tattos mostly in Enlglish or Latin in post-soviet countries, so it's nice to see something like this for a change. I finally have a "gym nemesis" as of today! Asked to work in with him on some standing calf raises. I pride myself on proper gym etiquette and asked very politely to work in with him using the same weight. He turned around, looked me directly in the eye, gave a shitty look, turned around without saying a word, and began another set. 5 years ago I would've made a scene for his blatant disrespect, but guess I'm mellowing at 37😁
Legit why I love my gym at work. It's small but has the essentials for me and usually there's no one else in there. I can do whatever to my heart's content. At most I've been in there with 2 other people and I work with them so it's chill. Also yea, my hips are somehow my strong point being flexible for me being 215 while my knees and shoulders are just....problems. It's a work in progress
This lifestyle when tren in the morning is much cooler and first hour in the morning is the mood for whole day, and people in the morning are more chill than usual which is nice. Happy Easter Patty and everyone!

Your form and technique is extremely clean. Great range of motions etc. Think that's missed by so many people. But we're at a stage where I have full confidence that when you are going to do an exercise, you are going to do it correctly. The anxiety is something I have too tbh, so I hate public gyms really. Everyone I think has it a little, and some of us are affected by it. Luckily farming all day long keeps me strong so that's kinda handy, but also kind of a pain lol Another great one 👍🏻👍🏻

One of my favourite things about going to the gym early is that you need to go to bed also early. So you don't end up sitting in front of the pc until 2am and then waking up at like 12.

hmm kinda difficult to explain without visual representation but you start with your base hand facing outwards or away from your body then you twist up, over, and around that arm. the support will be in the palm so you can twist your hand naturally as your shoulder rotates... sorry if this was a bad explanation

I like seeing younger people doing actual warmup and streches before their workout as it is something that literally nobody ever stressed to me when I was younger. I had teachers that made us do static streches before hand, which now I know is lol. I also had gym bros telling me all I needed to do was just whichever movement I was going to do without weight, which is less lol. Luckily I was secretly doing random "girl stretches" when I woke up in the morning, along with jumping jacks and burpees.
At the end of the workout, I realized that Patty did a whole workout of 3 sections that I do on 3 separate days. I'm thinking, "Wow, I've got a long way to go if I have to separate these workouts on 3 separate days." (Note: The amount of sets and time on Stairmasters is not the same but it still gave me a "wow, what a goddess Patty is".)
I follow up on TikTok and saw the RUclips link and holy heck I love this content more cuz I am trying to do the gym and don’t know what to do and get scared and I’m so happy now tysm and I’m so happy 😭😭😭😭😭😭

I used to go to play tennis with my dad at 5 am, it was so exhausting. I remember that at the courts there was a gym and even at that hour it was full of people, and I was like, wtf. Do they sleep here or what? 😆 Great video Patty and have a nice day! 🙏
This is truly inspiring and honestly after watching your videos I've been able stay on track with my work out sessions. So far everything has been at home and out door calisthenics, but I should definitely try out a gym. Once again thank you for being an inspiring figure.

Hey Patty ! Any tips on the bridge ? I can do walks and regular bridges but I can't seem to do a backbend or what you did at 7:20 where you stand on one arm and put the other one down . Have a nice day ~
Imo you just need to get used to it and get the technique right. Obviously you need to rotate the first arm on the floor when you land the other one.
hmm kinda difficult to explain without visual representation but you start with your base hand facing outwards or away from your body then you twist up, over, and around that arm. the support will be in the palm so you can twist your hand naturally as your shoulder rotates... sorry if this was a bad explanation

I like seeing younger people doing actual warmup and streches before their workout as it is something that literally nobody ever stressed to me when I was younger. I had teachers that made us do static streches before hand, which now I know is lol. I also had gym bros telling me all I needed to do was just whichever movement I was going to do without weight, which is less lol. Luckily I was secretly doing random "girl stretches" when I woke up in the morning, along with jumping jacks and burpees.

At the end of the workout, I realized that Patty did a whole workout of 3 sections that I do on 3 separate days. I'm thinking, "Wow, I've got a long way to go if I have to separate these workouts on 3 separate days." (Note: The amount of sets and time on Stairmasters is not the same but it still gave me a "wow, what a goddess Patty is".)
