Hi mam I just did my class 12 , but everything that is on your channel , I sorted all this out when I was in class 9 , I grew phenomenally using these things , setting up boundaries , being away from the TOXIC group . and I would contribute most of these things to my upbringing . I had extreme hardships and that taught me to be flexible , certain betrayal, not serious though but enough to teach me lesson so i would say I feel so connected to you because of one thing , ability to learn from your mistakes and realizing there are no failure , there are successes and lessons . thanks for the vedio waiting for more to come soon .

Sometimes comparison helps a person to grow in good way so its the way you treat comparison for eg i scored 80 but my friend who used to score 50 got a 90 this time it would help with competency and will make you grow one should compare but not hate that person or feel down about it its all about perspective comparing bodies might be wrong but fitness activities isn't you are not wrong but you should have discussed the positive aspect .. comparison is something that pushed me harder changed the perspective and now preparing for something i never thought i will AAG LAGA DUNGI attitude>>>ps i am normal student and kudos to you motivating the ppl who need it maybe it helps people to rethink about life they're living with the jealousy and insecurity !!

Hi Neha ...this is my first comment on your video...tbh I was comparing myself and my life with few people (precisely 3) and was ranting all with my friend half an hour ago.
I am comparing myself from last 3-4 months because I m having tough time nd some difficulties in life these days. And honestly these people don't play much role in my life...and your video made me realised that I am really hurting myself and even those people don't even know.....I m feeling really better after watching your video... everyone has their own journey....we are insulting ourselves while comparing...
