this makes me wanna cry for some reason. This is something that I have been struggling through since few months. All of a sudden I noticed a repetitive action just as you mentioned and I have been feeling anxious and frustrated due to this continuous feeling of realizing this pattern but not really being able to analyze or conclude with some answer. I tried being vulnerable and asking/sharing questions/my stories with several people but none of them sync and I do end up with myself again. True, we have patterns and it's really difficult to break those. But we can atleast give it a try. (My patterns- not implementing my plan, starting late and cribbing later on, not focussing on essentials adequately, fear of result, lack of self love, getting swayed by distractions). Will definitely overcome these all this time. Thank you for this realisation.

Hi Neha, I found your channel last weekend. I was in a lot of mental stress. I have been trying to switch jobs for a while but the interview processes were stuck with multiple companies. Then I came across your video - "Leave it in God hands", and realized I was trying to control the outcome, and so I just left it in God's hands. A week later, I have two offers in hand, and probably a couple more to come this week. But today again I was stressed out about whether I will make the choice among those offers.
