- This was such an incredible experience, super grateful to London International Horse Show for inviting me along to take part in this years Masterclass Series.
For context I had sat on the carriage with Henry & Alex for 5 minutes the night before!! But prior to that I knew absolutely nothing about Driving Horses whatsoever ~ aside from the World Cup being exhilaratingly fun to watch every year at the show!!
Thank you for all your kind words and support over the last couple of weeks guys, it really is appreciated. And I’m sorry the vlogmas videos paused so suddenly it’s been a very sad time in our household but I couldn’t not share this incredible opportunity with you all especially as Horse & Country TV kindly gave me the whole masterclass footage 🧡xx
I started carriage driving in my teens and it is the most fun and most scary thing I've ever done. It's a really accessible and underrated sport
So very sorry to Rob and yourself for the very sad loss of Winston 😢 we all know how much he meant to you both 🙏🏻
Can I just say, "Well done, Tina, for seeing your commitments through at London. Bless you for doing that. That just shows the dedication you have to your work and the people who had organised it all bless you 🙏🏻 Winston would be so proud of that and probably would have told you to carry on anyway 😢
I'm thinking of you all at this very sad time x
Well done Tina for carrying on with your commitments after receiving such sad news. That was very strong. Condolences to you and Rob ❤
Thank you xx
I always enjoyed seeing glimpses of the wonderful Winston in your vlogs. He seemed like such a kind, lovely gentleman. I’m so sorry for your and Rob’s loss and hope Winston is at peace now. I have no doubt he’s left a huge hole in your hearts and lives, but watching him on screen, I have no doubt he knew how much he was loved and valued by his family.
I can’t imagine how difficult it must have been for you to keep going after hearing the awful news of his passing, Tina. You did an incredible job with the driving and the live with Cameron. Thank you (and your sweet mum) for sharing some behind the scenes footage and the masterclass.
I am so very sorry to hear about Winston 💔 - I feel like he would’ve wanted you to be there though, having fun and making memories of a lifetime.
Sending you and Rob a massive hug through the screen 🤗. Lots of love to you all xxxxxxx

I never had the opportunity to try driving but it was a sport I was really interested in. Those are some beautiful horses.
So sorry to you and Rob for your loss of Winston. I'm sure he's so proud of you and of course Rob. Thank you for the vlog it's shows the strength you have. The horses are absolutely beautiful and you did really well. Take care. X
Dearest Tina, you have given so much of yourself to looking after members of your family and still give your best to the vlogs. We totally understand and do not expect you to continue at the same level. Winston was a huge part of your life and loosing loved ones is so hard, made even more so at this seasonal time of year.
Take as much time as you and also Rob need. We will still be here supporting you when and if you feel able.
Much love to you and Rob at this sad time ❤😢
oh Tina, so sorry to hear of Winston's passing. He would be so proud of you continuing with your commitments. He always appeared so supportive when he appeared on the Vlogs. Thank you so much for sharing - as you said, such a great opportunity to try something new. Really enjoyed the Q and A session - inhave had a few setbacks with my horse (owned for 18 months but had experienced lots of trauma in his passed both on the ground and under saddle so not consitently riding yet) lots of the discussion resonated deeply with me in terms of lacking self belief etc, looking forward to bouncing back in 2024. I can't wait to continue following your journey. Sending mynlove and strength to you and the family ❤❤
So sorry Tina and Robbie for the loss of dear Winston. He was a lovely man. Sending you all my love ❤

Tina my Dear Girl,
My deepest condolences to you and your family at this difficult time.
I do remember you talking about Winston a lot and he sounded like a real Love.
You were a marvelous daughter-in-law and always took wonderful care of him.
Take care of yourself and Rob.
Jane ❤️🧑🏻🦰❤️🐴
Very sorry for your loss
Tina I bet great experience
Thank you xx
Wonderful presentation. Excellent driving.
Big Highland Pony and Standardbred hugs from Australia. So glad that you had your mother and Cameron with you.
Watching the harness driving discussion. My Standardbred Beau was bred for harness racing but was a complete failure at it. He not only didn't race, he didn't even do trials. So he's not an ex-racehorse. He's just a big, enthusiastic hunter type who happens to be a Standardbred.
I have just started driving, enjoyed watching your video
So so sorry for your loss, thinking of you and sending love. Your vlog was amazing and for you to do it and do such a lovely job with everything you were hoing through on that day just shows how dedicated you are when it comes to horses.stay strong ❤

Much love to you, it's such a difficult thing to go through and we can never really predict what path our grief will take. I loved the driving demo, it looked like an amazing experience and I'm super impressed with you taking on the challenge when feeling emotionally fragile! I definitely want to give driving a go now, so job done!
Oh Tina can I please say I'm so sorry to hear about your sad news about Winston. Please pass onto my sympathy onto Rob & I hope you both just hold on together and both in time come back strong together and see some more blogs when the time is right for you Tina. May Winston rest in peace over the rainbow 🌈 bridge knowing he is no longer suffering from pain and been so poorly. You may be gone Winston but never will be forgotten.

He knows you were there in spirit, don’t feel guilty about not being there, he would understand ❤️🙏. The fact that you did this was true dedication and as usual amazed with you! I do combined driving with my pony so this was especially fun to watch, especially as I come from Eventing and always try to use my legs😂😂

I used to work for Minta winn who was there with you on this fabulous vlog!! Would love for you to do more driving vlogs maybe dinks could have a job in the future??? Absolutely loved watching you it's very different from riding but just as fun!!
Cameron is lovely ❤ my sincere apologies for robs dads passing x
Love driving! What a fab experience ❤
It was so much fun xx
We have an international combined driving event near us that also does a huge SJ track at the same time. I believe it's 2 and 3 star for the driving and 1.40 and 1.50 ish for the jumping. Always fascinating to go watch.
Also when I was a kid we had combined ridden and driven dressage. All of the horses at my barn hated the driving except mine. She had a million and one other issues but she didn't give a fudge about a cart
💕 🙏 So sorry to hear of Winston's passing. Winston came across as a lovely person especially when he was helping with mucking out and all the other chores in and around your household. Hang on to all the happy memories you & Rob shared with him. 🙏 💕
The driving looked fun if a it scarey at times. I was very impressed with how well you did with the team of four. 👌😊
All the very best for 2024 - especially Badminton! 🤞 🙂 xOx
Awww that is such a nice opportunity ❤🌾🤗 So happy for you 🌾
I love your channel so much Tina! ❤ I hope your alright Tina xx

I’m so sorry to hear about Winston 💔
He’s been reunited with his dog Blue now and will be watching over you two!
My heart goes out to you and Rob.
Oh, Tina. So so sorry to hear about Winston. Hopefully he and Blue Boy are resting in peace together. That aside, I always wondered if you'd considered driving with Dinks! Do you think now that you've done this class you'd think about trying with him? I have a friend with a mini who drives, and I got to try for a few minutes over the summer. It was really a lot of fun! It's amazing how off the voice and quick to respond they are.
This is amazing ❤ such a cool place!
Hi. Deepest Sympathies to Robbie and you on the passing of Robbie's dad. I lost my adored Mum early in November. Still trying accept/understand the feelings. Hurts HUGHLY. 😭😭🙏🙏
My sincerest condolences Tina… keeping you’ll close in prayers. Winston was a proper gentleman… what a blessing to have him in your life. Never any words to make it easier. Just sending love and prayers.
Gee… Haw… Whoa… back…. Any turn signals on this model? Would have loved to seen you try and harness horse yourself 😂 my first harness lesson was at age 6-7 on a 17h Belgian draft horses…Couldn’t even lift yokes let along sling up on horses😃 the teams names were Briggs (left) and Stratton (right). Can’t wait to see Dinks pulling a little cart 🧡
This will be fun to watch :D🥰
Hope you enjoy it zx

I'm so sorry about your father in law, Tina. I know what you mean about it being a release--that was the case for both my parents. But that doesn't mean that you don't miss the person terribly all the same. Hang in there. And this was a very informative vlog!
Brilliant interview, Tina! And the driving looked fun. Is there going to be a tiny pony cart in your future?
