Beautiful ❤️ Kudos to Russia and The Russian people for preserving their culture that makes it Russia and them as Russians as it is 🇷🇺
This was a great explanation of the history of Novgorod. My babyshka lives there and I’ve visited only once in January. It’s a beautiful city and I agree, this history, culture, and city is all so beautiful and I cannot wait to go back❤️🪆
Hi Svetlana. Greetings from Arizona! I actually visited Veliky Novgorod a few years ago. Very beautiful, charming city and I love the history. My favorite city in Russia remains Saint Petersburg which in my humble opinion is the most beautiful city on Earth!
немец?

Could be Jewish. Not that it matters.
Privet from Calgary, Alberta, Canada! Thank you for the history on Novgorod! It is fascinating to learn that it is the oldest city in Russia. When peace is settled, I want to visit with my wife. Spasiba, Svetlana.
Thanks so much, Svetlana, for such a wonderful video showing us the highlights of the incrediblly beautiful and ancient Novgorod the Great! You have a beautiful family!
Thank you so much😊
I’m glad you liked it!

Fantastic video, please keep making them and show us more of your beautiful country.
A wonderful video , you are excellent in presenting valueable historical facts, who can not love this,
I have been to Russia a few times , Chuvasia, Mari El and Kazan , just love your country and the warmth of Russian hospitality . Keep this up and your channel will explode. With love to a beautiful Russian young lady from Thailand 🙏❤️
Thank you so so much!😊
Thx for your response, you are worth every encouragement because you deserve it / S ❤️
Absolutely beautiful place! Also the brick arch ceilling is extremely impressive to me, it looks amazing!
Such a fascinating legacy, Svetlana !
From Ruric, Sviatislav and the Rus,
the Dnieper River System fed so
much of your history !
That place look so relaxing, peaceful and beautiful.
This is not a peaceful and relaxing place. You can't go by what you see. That place look so wicked and evil
The most adoring aspect of this video is your relationship with your family. You have love, which is worth much more than the most beautiful apartment in Novgorod.
💖
Excellent choice of background music 😃
Thank you!😁
Novgorod its father of Russian site-States like - sozdal's rus Vladimir's rus , rustovian rus , but first Russian sity was ladoga .
@@SVETLANAFROMRUSSIA does anyone live in that city or is it deserted
Love the background music. Please share the music album's name. Thanks
I really love your videos! One negative aspect of growing up in the United States is we learn very little about other cultures, especially Russian culture. We are really only taught about challenges and perceived problems of Russian culture, and not the real lives of its citizens. You have really opened this American’s eyes to what being Russian really is:) Thank you!! You are doing a service to your country by showing the world that life in Russia isn’t much different than it is in most modern countries. 🙏🏻
In fact, who cares about what they think about us in other countries, from how foreigners imagine Russia, my life here and the country will not change in the end xddd
çok güzeldi kendimi bir an için Rusya'da güzel insanların içinde yaşadığımı hissettim. Herşey için teşekkürler. bu metni türkçe yazıyorum çünkü ingilizcem yok kusura bakmayın.

You are very blessed to visit a place that is full of heart, history, and down to earth. I would love to visit.
I was there last September , wonderful region , god how I miss Russia and hope to return very soon , keep sending the wonderful videos Svetlana .
@Nastro Adhesivo Oh my God 😜 , go and take your bullshit some other place
Yes please, discover your country more. I would love to see vlogs from every russian city ❤
Я согласен. Россиянине должны путешествовать по России и больше и больше.
I would love to visit Novgorod. Its history stretches so far back, all the way to the Vikings and the start of the Rurikid dynasty.
Great vids on your country very informative. Never knew anything about Russian life and culture. Keep up the good work.
Maybe it's a small city yet a very BEAUTIFUL city!
Not small
Absolutely beautiful!! A truly amazing place 🥰 thanks Svetlana .
Qué hermoso lugar...tiene mucha historia.
Gracias por compartir Svetlana.
I love watching your video, they are very well done. Thank you for sharing Russian history and culture. My blood line is Russian, but I am living in the US now. I have always been interested in Russian culture, food and history as it is very rich, big, intertwined which keeps me on the hook to learn more and hopefully, I come visit mother Russia soon. Thanks A million.
Muito obrigado ! Ótimo trabalho ! Adorei estar com vc nesta volta ao passado.
I thought the apartment was perfect. Your creating memories and spending time with family. That's what matters. I absolutely love your videos. Please keep them coming. I think your culture is absolutely beautiful and love learning about it. I really would love to see more food videos too. God bless you from America
You have not visited to Ruriks castle? That was my first destination at Novgorod. Thanks for you. This was great. I need to go back there. 😍
A Nice Video from an ancient Russian City! I was there in July 2019 and I definitely enjoyed the genuine Russian atmosphere mostly due to the small number of tourists, comparing to Moscow and Petersburg.
Beautiful city! Thanks for sharing your culture with us 😃. Just found your channel today, looking forward to future videos!
Beautiful place Shetland. Thank you for video posting. I appreciate learning about Russia 🇷🇺. It is very interesting for me. I live in Canada 🇨🇦.
Thank you Svetlana for sharing your travels through Russia:)) it’s wonderful to see you and your beautiful family:)) cheers
I am so fascinated by the culture and the architecture. Stunning! Beautiful atmosphere.
Wonderful video of a Beautiful and historic city , loved the brick architecture of the Kremlin building , the Cathedrals and the large Cathedral Bells , they must have sounded amazing . When I travel I usually go to the cheapest place I can find , because I'm just stopping there to sleep , that 28 dollar apartment was an amazing deal . Great Video Svetlana , thank you for a look at Russia's oldest city. ,,,,,,,, ........ P.S. Also loved the music selections you added to the video .
I love these old buildings still in fantastic condition after around 400 years. Now you need permits, meet buildings codes and they start to fall apart after 20 Years
Я люблю эти старые здания все еще в фантастическом состоянии примерно через 400 лет.Теперь вам нужны разрешения, отвечают строительным нормам, и они начинают распадаться через 20 лет
unfortunately much was destroyed by the German Nazis. Much has been restored after the war. while America developed my country healed deep wounds
I could live there, it looked beautiful with the river, reflection, kremlin & churches. I thought of how amazing the churches would have been to those who 1st attended them way back.
Matching music to the sisterly embrace, many thanks for the loving hug!
Its an honest, well organise and easy to understand presentation of your country. Thank you very much svetlana. From the philippies.
Thank you for taking us on your tour.
The frescoes are amazing! Especially for long they have lasted!
I love watching your videos, it's great to see more of Russia and its beautiful buildings.
Mesmerising background music, many thanks for that and also enjoyed the fact of your admission of your
loosing your compus-mentusl this happens to all of us from time to time. However you compensated by the cuddlle you gave your sister! Expression of sisterly love, bravo for that! RED lipstick , you snswered it well your self!
Svetlana..... Аплодисменты этой презентации. Многие города страны обладают своей уникальной красотой / значимостью.
I've only just seen this lovely video Svetlana. What an incredible place. Thank you for showing me round. I much appreciate it. Hope you're fine. Take care.
And don't worry, your lipstick is lovely! And so was the music.
Much love from Texas !!!!!!!!!!!
Many thanks for sharing your trip with your sister and mother. All of your appaear to enjoy the excursion.
Very informative and entertaining. Many thanks to you, your sister, and your mom.
A very loving and tender touch cuddling your sister, well done Svetlana
I., and think others, would love to have a tour of both Dostoyevsky and Tolstoy homes/museums-- if you'd care to. I think it would be really interesting. Here in the states, we're astounded by Russian cultural achievements. Particularly these two writers.
I can definitely do so🙂
But don’t think it will be anytime soon😊 probably closer to the fall
I went to the Dostoevsky museum two weeks ago when I was in St Petersburg, and I felt a bit let down. It was just 4 rooms that talked about his family life and the years before his death. It was the apartment he died in, so doesn’t have much information about his whole life
Beautiful and a nice city tour too! I've noticed that in many of your videos a cat tends to make an appearance. Your comment about not traveling too much within Russia is striking. I have not been to many states in the U.S., yet I have been to many other countries. Your English is perfect!
Hahaha😆 I can’t believe you’ve noticed that! I loooooooove cats so much, so I always film when I see one😅
Thank you!
Yeah, I think traveling the world is way more fun😊
@@SVETLANAFROMRUSSIA I also love cats. Have one at home. International travel is great. Allows insight into other cultures and helps make a person well rounded.
Totally agree!💪🏼
Wonderful historical account of your visit very aptly performed, many thanks for that, see soon,Denny Fernando from Kent England
Loved the culture. Great video. Music was outstanding.
Thanks for sharing it was interesting to watch my friend I'm watching from Canada
Спасибо за видео!👍
I'm an american living in russia and I want to see this place!
I was fortunate, had a second helping of your trip, many thanks, see you later in your home turf1
I’ve always been drawn to Russia and have always wanted to visit… I’m afraid I’ll never get there now, with all the travel restrictions.
Hi Annalisa, I had the same fears too. But I decided to try to visit despite the travel restrictions, and it was surprisingly easy!
I just had to do a PCR test and there was no problem at all :)
I spent 30 days in Russia and I LOVED it
I fly out Monday to St Petersburg, then to Velikiy Novgorod and Staraya Russa. don't let the travel difficulties stop you. Russia is very beautiful. The people are warm and friendly and the food is wonderful. This will be my fifth visit and I am seriously considering retiring to Velikiy Novgorod.
I like the no frills, real life honesty and not bad photography giving a general flavour of what to expect without getting too academic.
Beautiful billing and houses.
You are so lucky to having this beautiful family
thank you for sharing
( from america )
sending love ❤
Thanks for the excellent video. It really shows what life is like there. Beautiful camera work.
Thank You for sharing the history and architecture of your country. You did a Great job. Red lipstick is ok.

You Mom and Sister are just as 💥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥💥 as you are👍. Your video stories are always so interesting and entertaining. People in America and Russia are just people wanting to enjoy life and their freedoms. Thanks for sharing.
Love this thank you for uploading
Very historic thanks for sharing. I am amazed at the large size of the old buildings.
stop being so adorable and interesting!!! i'm letterarly addicted to your videos
I enjoy the older part of the city, the churches with their paintings on the walls and ceiling. I enjoyed seeing the artifacts in the building and hearing the historic history of the city. I think the red lipstick looked wonderful on you, with that said I think any color lipstick would look great on you. Thanks for the video, God bless.
You're English is great 👍
Thank you!🙂
Perfect

Such really nice churches ⛪️ I’ve always been fascinated by the orthodox
Charming city and tour. The apartment really didn't seem that bad.
The start in the cantine was difficult, but the couch definitely heartbreaking! Switzerland
Lovely video. Your hair and makeup 👏👏💯
thanks dear Svetlana showing beauty of great history old city Novgorod , Leningrad . Russia .
20 minutes is the average attention span of the average adult on average; perfect length. Can't wait to watch this; I can't handle large or growing too fast cities. Love history!
I would like to visit and have her as my tour guide!
My god you are a beautiful soul/woman!
Very impressive artifacts. The architecture, statues and the art provide an old Norse atmosphere to me. Reminds me of some parts of Kiev. I think I would really like Novgorod. Train journey from Helsinki, St. Petersburg, Novgorod then Moscow sounds like a good trip one of these days.
I enjoyed this tour. It seems to me I have come across the name Novgorod in a couple of places. it's in the opera Sadko, isn't it? Anyway, nice site, nice churches & Kremlin, and the river is attractive. (Your red lipstick looked fine). Thanks for posting.
Beautiful, thank you for this.
Nice trip. Thanks. Finn
Awesome history I have been to sub in 2017 and had planned to check out Novgorod next time😁 but because of the situation 🤫 your blog will have to suffice 👍
