Adam, I think you’re an amazing guy. It seems the older I get, the less change I like. I’m grateful that you do what you do, so that all of us can see and virtually take part and enjoy these places we might never get a chance to visit in person. So, from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU! -Stephen, Ohio

@@TheDailyWoo I'm glad you are keeping your place in CA, i just hope the person you chose as your roommate is someone you know and trust that will respect you and your belongings whenever you're away.

Great that it worked out to have you reporting from both sides of this country, Adam. Thankfully that we did not lose you to the eastern seaboard. You're a Californian at heart! It's good that you will report from the two coasts and in between, guy. Your "laid back, casual, and folksy, Californian perspective will represent us in the west well throughout the heartland on those road trips. Keep up the good work and reporting, Adam. Getting a roommate is actually a great idea if they are someone you can trust. They’ll keep an eye 👁 on your stuff while you’re away and take care of the house 😸
I am glad that your stress level is better. I have moved around so much that I keep everything minimal and light. Only heavy thing is the sofa. On the roommate thing... I had roommates when I had my three bedroom and my ex took off (and wanted to come back which I said NO to) The best roommate was Jamaican, his name was Winston, and he was so clean and respectful, however I had other roommates that stole from me, destroyed my apartment when a storm came (an alcoholic and could not get to an open store after the hurricane). I finally downsized and got away from the roommate stuff after Winston left. I moved Winston with me when I downsized to a 2 bedroom. They had to be approved by the office and were on my lease. I got one girl that was a prostitute and she had to go. Since they were on my lease... I was responsible. After the little man that destroyed my apt during a hurricane at which I went north to my family... I was done. This little alcoholic man had smoked up his room. I found tons of empty beer cans in cases and cigarette butts all over the carpet. What a nightmare to clean up. He went into DTs when I was away. He got in my closet, bed and my neighbor had to get him admitted to the hospital. The medic treated him in my bedroom which blood was on my carpet and threw their gloves upon my bed!! I got home and there was poo everywhere on the floor. He was an older man and I thought he would be great but I ended up having to take him to the hospital of which I begged the doctor to admit him but the doctor said there was nothing wrong other than he was 4 times over the legal limit. I changed the locks when he was in the hospital from when my neighbor called medics when I was away and his so called friend picked him up from the hospital and he promptly dropped him off on my patio and left. I had to call the police to remove him. Some friend... huh? Don't want to damper your spirit because I know that Winston was an exception and hopefully you have found a good roommate you can trust.
