UDR is actually balanced and it holds ground well, it’s has fun handling too
With better sway bars it is much improved
If I ever manage to save up for one of these, for me It's gonna be either the Maxx or the XRT. Slightly leaning more towards the XRT. I like that it's lower to the ground and has better stability.
XRT is more racing, X-Maxx is better for general bashing

In opinion sledge is one the of best truck traxxas have ever made. I love my sledge more than xmaxx and xrt. This truck has the great power, speed and handling. You made a right decision mate

The X-Maxx had the speed gears (18/46) but all the others were stock.
xrt ashluld of had better numbers. i think his motor is compromised
They need to be raced side by side or lap times. Any car can top speed race but terrain and laying power down consistently tells the tale.

Traxxas electronics are very slow. My XRT is much much slower than my stock Outcast 8s.
The XRT hit 48mph stock vs the outcast hit 56 stock.
People clown on Spektrum but imo they are better electronics.
Traxxas electrics are not the best we have upgraded to Hobbywing in some of our others
@@TeamRC3D nice, all I run now are Hobbywing electronics. Had a big bad run with castle so I’ll never use them again. Then Traxxas feels underpowered compared to Losi, Arrma running Spektrum electronics.
I’ll be swapping my electronics out as soon as I get the parts I ordered.
Never cared what number it says. Fast is what feels fast. Most off road terrain does't like top speed anyways.
And you need a big area for the faster speeds!!

Does the gps have anything to do with the testing? Ive seen multiple people test speed on maxx always 40 to 50 mph but right out of the box mine did and still does 60mph just courious if anyone can answer my question
GPS gives an accurate result - any other method (including the Traxxas app) is purely guesswork!
@TeamRC3D i used the gps on my phone i didnt know if that would affect it or not

really I have been watching videos for 3 days I cant figure out between the sledge or xrt. Looks to me like the xrt is just too big maybe? I mean if I want a big thing to play I can hop on my ATV and rip it around trails.... for an RC car is there really more fun to the xrt ? not sure really. looks like it's just more expensive and big to store?
Depends what you are looking for. Sledge probably offers best value for money.
I couldn't decide so I bought both. The sledge is the way to. Xrt is way to big and not near as fun. The sledge has so much power.

@@robbbasso6028 the app isn’t 100% accurate. When i had it vs my gps it was close to 5mph over the gps.

We haven't got a piece of clear road near us to do this
52 seems slow for the xrt. i get 47 i’m grass
We aren’t really pushing top end, also depends how you measure it. I know some people use the app which is no good for top speed

The Maxx is officially a 1/10 scale according to Traxxas!
