That's my entire work day 🤣. Everything that comes in is treated as a "top priority" by me and that means nothing gets deeply analyzed. Add my horrible memory and you end up with very little systemization.
The video was so much deeper than I thought it was going to be based on the title. This is a video that needs to be watched several times to get the full value. Thank you for creating these videos.
Where have you been all this time?! You’re like David Allen, Mike Rother, and Jeffrey Liker all rolled into one amazing, funny, and insightful person! 😊 Thank you so much for taking the time to explain these concepts so clearly and beautifully. 🙌
Good stuff! I am not a business owner but I find myself in this struggle to "systemize" my role. I often get lost in the weeds of my day to day work and become reactive to what seem to be one off tasks. I hadn't considered how many of those tasks could actually fit inside a system. On a side note, something else that might be cool is to map out all of my existing systems and how they connect to help identify missing systems or make it easier to see where those "stand alone" tasks can fit in existing systems. Has anyone tried this before? Was it helpful?
Any one else here guilty of getting lost in standalone tasks and losing track of the overall systems in place? 😵

This was a very helpful perspective for life in general, not just business systems. Thank you 🙏🏻
Glad it was helpful! ☺️
Super helpful!
So glad to hear it! 😊
I have had noticed some recurring tasks and I started creating sheets that contain those tasks where I cut them and paste in the to do list 😅😊
It all starts with awareness, right? 😊
