Isnt Weapon master better than High and Dry? I mean High & Dry just gives u its passive dmg if an enemy is alone.. So during clashes/ teamfights with multiple enemies u dont get any passive at all right? But weapon master wud give u dmg increase even with multiple enemies.. Not as good as the High & Dry but atleast its there during and after teamfights..

I use "High and Dry" because when the marksman, mage, or jungler is often alone, it really helps a lot, especially in securing kills. Most of the time, I ambush enemies on my own, so it often ends up in a 1v1 situation.
