FlatOut 2 has absolutely amazing PC optimization. Sure, it looks somewhat outdated, but when it comes to performance it isn't what it looks like. You could run that game on a potato.

On my PC gta IV runs on 30 fps, farcry 3 on around 50, and if i play gta v it's about 2fps. I have 4GB ram ATI mobility RADEON 5470 intel core i3 1gb videoram windows8 x32. Is it a really bad pc or only a not so good one?

the higgest game that my pc can run or at least i got is the sims 3 its works perfect is there fps games that kinda similar to the sims requirements i can run csgo so that might help you the vid is cool really helpful thanks and plz answer me

FlatOut 2 is a must-play game. Not only for low PC-s. Its probably the best car game i have ever played. Only downside is no freeroam.
