      @@AnotherTrucking Thanks! Yeah, has been a chore to get back being able to fly my own planes and finding the time to put a video together, but hopefully I will be able to do this now more often than once a year! 🤣

    Thanks for another really interesting video.
    I've tried flying a quadcopter using a headtracking gimbal. It was very disorienting.
    Like you, I added a second camera for a more conventional FPV experience. I have the gimbal camera on a separate transmitter (O3) and use it for my "passenger." I use the stationary camera but the passenger is free to look around using the headtracking gimbal.
    I'm looking forward to your future videos about this aircraft.

    • @ArxangelRC
      @ArxangelRC  10 дней назад

      @@ddegn Thank you! Yeah, a stabilized view is very weird on these birds, but at the very least the copter can stop in one place and you can look around and get your bearings... a plane however... never stops, which makes things even more weird, but at least SIYI have a hub module that allows you to switch between two cameras in flight, which is very useful!

    "involuntary stall test" indeed! Well handled sir, I would have lost a diaper for sure 😅. It's great that this plane fits back in the box for transport - wish they all did. Also, even in 2024: never ever trust a gimbal. Good stuff - I hope you get to do more cloud chasing.

    • @ArxangelRC
      @ArxangelRC  12 дней назад

      @@qcsupport2594 Haha, well I've been at this for over 10 years now, have broken more planes than you can count and lost the ability to panic a LONG time ago! 😝 Once you been through this 100 times you sort of start keeping it together and thinking straight. The box is awesome, they actually sell a proper transport case, but at $500 a pop before shipping... think I'll pass for the time being. Gimbal is getting better, but there is still work to be done on it! In all honesty, Topotek gimbals are rock solid performers!

    • @ArxangelRC
      @ArxangelRC  12 дней назад

      @@icp-trek Yeah, they use the motor mount and the cover for it to cool it, so its basically just the PCB, save a good deal of weight! Very nice solution. 🙂
