Girl, idk u do it, or anyone…I need to give up sugar, or at least most of it. I need to Sri l more water, and exercise…I really wish I knew how to find willpower!! Lol I quit drinking soda for awhile and lost weight…but somehow I got back into it and now I can’t get myself to stop, I crave the carbonation but I have t found anything else that gives carbonation that doesn’t make me gag🤦🏽♀️
