I'm still so happy to reminisce our visit to that house for a spend the day about 10 years ago and absolutely delicious Lunch we were served by that aunty ,uncle and their three kids .It was such a huge and a fascinating house .The one who's going to buy this will definitely be a lucky person with a happier family.

This house would need at least 2-3 house keeping staff just to clean and maintain this massive hotel type house. So so so so so so so so so, I think this type of house is suitable for a boutique hotel or high end guest house, definitely not suitable for residential purpose unless used by a show off posh billionaire businessman with an team of housekeeping, gardening and kitchen staff. So so so so so so so so, no thank you so much.
@SHEHAN MOSES very common in Sri Lanka for the rich to own big house like this. I was there during my outstation in 1986-89, one family with 2 children but 5 servants in the house to take care like cooking, mechanic, gardening, guard n house keeper etc…

Looks like they have not kept with the upkeep of the house. I am amazed that sellers put their houses on sale without making them attractive to potential buyers.

this house looks totally weird. පාලුවට ගිහින් තියෙන්නේ . architecture award ගත්ත එක සාදාරණයි . කවුරැ හරි හොදට අන්දලා සල්ලි කඩාගෙන . people have to build a house for living . not for showing how much money we have . this theory not valid for the black money 🤣 . සල්ලි වියදම් කරල හදනවා තින්ත ටිකක් ගාලා අලුත් වැඩියා කරන්නවත් විදිහක් නැ . 😏

10 families can have houses with the money that they have invested to build this house for one family. Creation is fascinating and suitable for a commercial purpose. I feel that using so much of resources of earth for one family is quite unreasonable. This proves the selfishness of materialistic people.
A person earns his resources by working hard and not giving up, we live in a capitalist society. It is not easy to earn a lot of money. We all strive for better lives, it is only human nature.
