Recently bought some recommended stocks and now they are just penny stocks. There seems to be more negative portfolios in the last 3rd half of 2023 with markets tumbling, soaring inflation, and banks going out of business. My concern is how can the rapid interest-rate hike be of favor to a value investor, or is it better avoiding stocks for a while?
Just ''buy the dip'' man. In the long term it will payoff. High interest rates usually mean lower stock prices, however investors should be cautious of the bull run, its best you connect with a well-qualified adviser to meet your growth goals and avoid blunder
Very true, you can be passively involved in the markts and still amass wealth-gains using an investment advisor. I first dabbled in stocks late 2019, just before the pandemic, and that same year gained over 150% with no prior investing experience, basically all I was doing was following directions of my advisor. We are working on a retirement ballpark of $3m and I’m certain my goal isn’t farfetched after subsequent investments and tremendous returns so far.
Could you possibly recommend a CFA you've consulted with?
My CFA ’Melissa Terri Swayne’ , a renowned figure in her line of work. I recommend researching her credentials further. She has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market.

Everyone judges FSD by how it drives. I want to know how it will handle crash accidents. I was in an accident where the other driver went over the middle line on a two way road and I think he was aiming for me because all I could do was hit the brakes and honk the horn. I didn't swerve to the left lane thinking he was going back in his lane but he didn't stop and ended up coming across and hitting my front right breaking off the wheel. If someone is aiming for you how does FSD handle it.

hey jeremy I wanted your opinion on what small cap stocks do you think are going to be multi baggers in the next 30-40 years. For like a roth ira or just super long term investing with like a small ish amount of money like $10k-15k. I know you like fubo, sofi, honest, etc but just asking if you wouldn’t mind adding that into a video of yours in the future i’d love to hear about that. I also want to say I love and watch all your videos all super insightful and you make good points ❤

I have been seeing more of the Cyber trucks around Austin Tx. I saw one painted orange with like black graffiti writing near the electric plug in. I don't know if it was custom painted or a factory option but it looked pretty cool. Have been seeing a lot of Rivian cars also.

I don’t care what anybody says there is no way that cars will not have steering wheels because what happens when someone wants to park where there are no parking lines and you wanna just park on the side of the road in a very specific spot and there’s just a lot of those type of situations that I have a hard time believing Can be done by computers

Why can waymo have a full self driving taxi service and Tesla cannot yet? I’ve taken the waymo in phoenix and I only use that service over Uber for now on. I feel extra safe in those cars and they always do a great job. Why does tesla have the “touch steering wheel ever so often” to make sure your paying attention and waymo dont have that? I don’t get it. Someone please explain to me. Thx

Hey Jeremy, a bit off topic. I am a retired structural engineer, seen thousands of plans, now I am a builder and a budding house designer ...lol. If you're building a new house, swap the direction of the tubs in Bath 2 and 3, cause right now when you get into the tub, your head is right beside the toilet (yuck) and the plumbing for the tub is a fair distance from the main stack which is the toilet. If you swap the direction, you lower the cost a bit, and your kids and the plumber will be happier. Also, just for fun, point that out to the builder or designer and watch them studder for a while ;) Cheers from Canada.

In housing typically you have boomers downsizing but datapoint after datapoint are saying they aren’t. And in your state (like FL and AZ) there is an outsize proportion of boomers already there and peri-retired.

I’m glad to hear that the planet is doing better I know when I went there for birthday in 2022 that it was a bit slow and part of the areas were closed, but I know that they were pricey for sure which is always good for the bottom line and the product was supreme 😶🌫️. i’m definitely down 70% or so and I’m just happy they haven’t gone BK. I still believe they can scale in a major way because they are the only company that is doing this on that type of level and I come from Massachusetts. We are pretty much one of the pioneers of 420 vending. here in DC they have a couple of Janky consumption lounges

Great content, I think if Tesla wanted to speed up self-driving reactions it could, they are probably just keen to collect the initial response from the public because the last thing they want is people saying it is dangerous when people will already be anxious.

Think FSD depends on where you are. I've seen videos where it does very well - parallel parking, u-turns, etc - and others where it would have been an absolute disaster if the driver didn't take over.
I don’t know what is the biggest exiting things coming up for tesla. If it is fsd, cant it be replicated by other companies like the data can be stolen and do there own AI data on top of it and when it comes to robotaxi. We have to remember it has to be 99.9 accurate, one mistake and you are waiting for law suits and hard to get approvals so whats remaining…

Pro tip-When you’re in FSD and it ask to slightly move your steering wheel. You can just scroll the analog stick from the steering wheel so that way you don’t move the wheel out of FSD mode.
