Video idea (or just something to look into).
Japanese mythology and samurai. I just recently discovered there was a Japanese mythology when coming across the Sun Goddess Amaterasu. It really is interesting.
It comes from the ancient shinto religion and suprisingly is quite strongly linked to the samurai. Shinto it's the religion that celebrates life and bushido is an ideology based on absolute loyalty and celebrates death. For example, when a samurai cannot or does not follow their masters orders, they must kill themselves. These are the samurai code as far as i know.
Of course there is a lot more to it and there are really good stories on the gods. I definitely think it's worth looking into.

Fun fact: Odin could turn himself into a woman and would drink the other gods ‘manhood’ in order to gain mana.
Another note, people love to larp about the Norse pantheon when most Europeans are continental Germanic / Celtic. Norse is Uber ghêy, continental is where it’s @
