I have a few questions about your videos before I try them out. Are all 9 solfeggio frequencies being played at the same time? Or do you spread out each frequency throughout the 8 hours? How loud should I have the volume when listening? Also, are these frequencies safe for my cat? He likes to lay on my bed with me at night when I sleep
Thanks for asking the question. The frequencies change every 9 to 10 minutes and usually I listen to it on my phone with low to medium volume.
