I don't understand how some people can dislike Andy's voice, seriously...I just don't get it. But anyways, this is a pretty good song. Not my favorite, but nevertheless, it's catchy. I caught myself humming it the other day out of nowhere.
I don't dislike but i understand why people do, it's because of his vocal range, he can not go high at all , in this song particular throughout the verses he only sings on the same two notes, then goes a tiny bit higher in the chorus, you need a good vocal range otherwise your voice sounds the same in every song.
TheWesker12345 I've been enlightened...I guess that's kind of true. But it kind of is the song. In other songs, he uses more of a range.
Hmm yeah his voice does suit the music, it's deep but he doesn't have the voice to uplift a chorus without back up vocals, the most i've heard his voice changed is in savior he goes from a G#3 to a G#3 which is just one octave, most professional singers can go 2-4 octaves

I remember in 9th grade a girl loved their band and she showed me a song of theirs and I hated it (I was in to pure pop). An for some reason I was scared of this kinda music (I was intimidated by the bits of screaming I guess) and like two and a half years later I end up actually liking a bit of their music. I would like to apologize to her if I offended her amd her music taste in anyway but we dont speak anymore. Okay gonna end this on the note that they're a great band.

Okay stop hating on Black Veil Brides, they are doing what is making THEM happy. If you can't deal with it then leave them alone, stop listening to their music it is just that simple.

Nice song! But... on first listen, I feel like there's an issue with the song mix. The drums are a bit too uncompressed, pushing the bass way back. And because the drums are so much in the foreground, the vocal mix with the guitars is going slightly out of whack. They're just not gelling well. Just listened to We stitch these wounds, I feel like that song's mix is on point. Not complaining, just an observation.

I barely can hear the base...so far in my opinion the drums, guitars, and bass, with Falling in Reverse is so much better. But it's catchy...and he's bringing the screaming back a bit. So I can't complain. Great song, vocal and lyrics wise, but the instruments could've been a lot better! But they are still the Gods I pray to everyday and night!

This is my first time listening to Black Veil Brides. I was expecting them to be really good but for some reason it's just not doing it for me. I listen to music for the feel, for the sound, not the image or lyrics usually. The guitars and instrumentals are perfectly fine for me but the vocals just don't match somehow. It seems a little juvenile sort of. I don't know how to explain it really.
you should try listening to their last album Wretched and Divine its a concept record with a rock opera feel to it and tons better then this tbh

They've grown up. Too bad it kinda is like everything else in sound. The lyrics are slightly recycled and boring and bland. I mean, they were cool for a while, like their first and third album. The second was meh and this one is just.... bland
Vocals are super weak. No emotion detected at all, just a flat tone from verse to chorus and no accentuation on notes. It's really detracting
